“Her Name is Ophelia DeVore and Her Specialty is Polishing Black Diamonds.” Ms. DeVore feels if you don’t have charm it doesn’t much matter what else you have. Teachers are brisk and businesslike.
Students are given printed notes for each class and diligently take notes on their own. Awards are given for the best notebooks at graduation. Classes in etiquette, how to sit, walk and stand, ballet, speech, drama, modeling and Positive Mental Attitude were offered.
Only 10% of the students want modeling careers, 30% come for job placement and the rest want confidence in themselves as women.
